Before any engagement begins, we agree on a written brief. This document describes the question to be worked on, the deliverable, the timeline, and the fee. Nothing proceeds without both parties signing off on it.
Landscape analyses draw on publicly available sources — regulatory documents, industry reports, published data, and structured interviews with practitioners in the relevant market. The written map documents what we found, how we read it, and the hypotheses we formed. It also includes the source list, so the client can check our reading against their own.
Facilitated sessions begin with a tailored frame that we prepare and share with the client before the session day. The frame describes the question, the proposed structure of the conversation, and what a useful outcome would look like. On the day, the facilitator holds the room through structured turns, ensures quieter voices are heard, and produces a written session record within five business days.
All written deliverables go to the client in draft form, with a five-day window for factual corrections before the final version is issued. We do not defend errors. If something in the draft is wrong, we correct it.
Strategic Trail Map
RM 1,690A focused engagement that produces a written trail map for a defined strategic question. The team works from publicly available sources, structured interviews with a small set of relevant operators, and a working session with the client leadership group.
The deliverable is a written map covering the operating landscape, the routes-to-market in play, and a set of working hypotheses for the leadership group to consider. Alongside the full map, the engagement also produces a one-page summary and a recommended frame for the next planning conversation.

Half-Day Working Session
RM 680A facilitated half-day session for a leadership group of up to eight participants, working through a single strategic or operating question agreed in advance. The facilitator prepares a tailored frame, holds the room through structured turns, and produces a written record of the session.
The session record covers the key points raised during each turn, the working agreements the group reached, and the threads identified as unresolved that warrant further attention. It is a working document, not a transcript — intended to be used, not filed.

Quarterly Trail Companion

A subscription-style accompaniment to the strategic review cycle of a small or mid-sized organisation. Across the year, the team prepares a structured pack for each quarterly review, facilitates a half-day operating conversation, and writes up the agreed actions and unresolved threads from each session.
Between sessions, the team is available for short check-in conversations by appointment. The purpose of these check-ins is not to add scope, but to keep the context live between quarterly reviews — so each session starts from where the last one ended, not from scratch.

Mutual NDA
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any substantive conversation begins. Applies to all engagement types.
Written Brief First
Every engagement begins with a written brief confirmed by both parties. Scope and deliverable are agreed in writing before any work is invoiced.
Draft Review Window
All written deliverables go out in draft form. Clients have five business days to request factual corrections before the final version is issued.
Secure Data Handling
Client documents and session records are stored on encrypted systems. Materials are deleted or returned at the close of each engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cost Transparency
All costs are confirmed before work begins. Any travel outside Petaling Jaya and the Klang Valley is quoted in advance and agreed in writing.
Source Transparency
Written analyses include the list of sources consulted. Clients can read and evaluate the material that informed our conclusions.
Engagement Pricing
All prices in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No add-ons beyond what is listed. Travel outside the Klang Valley quoted separately and confirmed before engagement begins.
